Fall Getaway
Fall Getaway is one of the most popular Cru events of the year. It is a great place to get to know other students on a deeper level, to have fun (think games, s’mores, relaxation, etc.) and to be spiritually refreshed. There’s even time to study for those who need it. This year’s retreat is at nearby Turkey Hill Camp, about an hour south of here.
The Details:
When: Sept 21-23 (it's an away football game)
Where: Turkey Hill Ranch Bible Camp
How much: $55 (can’t swing it??? See a Cru student leader or staff member to talk about scholarships!)
Credit card payments must be made online the week before.
We stay in CABINS but you may also camp, if you wish.
What to bring: Bible (if you’ve got one), pen, sleeping bag, towel, pillow, toiletries, deodorant, deodorant for a friend.
What is going on: Free time away from school, main meetings with worship, skits & speaker, outdoor/indoor games, spelunking, canoeing, hiking, paddleboats, Ultimate Frisbee,and fun times had by all!
